Therapeutic/Sports Massage
This treatment is aimed at treating one to three specific points of ailment within a persons body, within a standard hour session.
A very targeted approach to body work, this type of massage is aimed at spending time in an area that is causing the issue in your body, and using a range of techniques including, but not limited to; myofascial release, pin and stretch, compression, cupping, frictioning and muscle energy techniques to help relieve the area, and get functionality back.

These sessions often include a consultation at the beginning, education throughout the treatment, and home care advice afterwards and is recommended for those suffering chronic neuropathic symptoms.
